Good to visit: July - August, it is mating season of Komodo and quite strong southeasterly wind. The waters of Komodo quite rough but not as bad as January and February

Challenging visit period: Half end of December till February, it is the peak of rainy season in the area. The strong westerly winds make the waters of Komodo bit stormy. Sometimes the port authority of Labuanbajo declare No Sail Notice to Seamen.

Day 1 Fly to Ende then drive to Moni
Day 2 Moni - Kelimutu crater lakes - Riung
Day 3 Riung - enjoy the 17 Islands of Riung then drive to Bajawa
Day 4 Bajawa - visit megalith villages, drive to Ruteng for Liang Bua where the fossil of Flores Hobbit found
Day 5 Ruteng - Labuanbajo, en route take a closer look at Lingko Lodok
Day 6 Labuanbajo - Rinca - Komodo
Day 7 Komodo - Pink Beach - Labuanbajo
